Returns and Refund Policy
The products we have are ‘the finest goods from the finest people’ and we make every effort to provide all the necessary information and features of these products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied or you find that the information does not correspond to what you received you have the right to return the goods you purchased.
We and/or our partners will refund the total amount paid for this purchase in the same way that the purchase was made or otherwise decided after you have notified us in writing (by email, SMS or by letter) at the latest 14 days from your order or from the day you received the product (s).
NOTE: the cost of return will be borne by us only after we and you have agreed in writing regarding the way and the cost of return. Do not return the product/s without our consent. If the shipping package of your order has been damaged, the cost of repacking the product/s is charged to you.
We make every effort to execute all the orders we accept.
However, we have the right to refuse to execute for any reason or deny any service at any time at our discretion. We are not liable to you or to any third party due to our refusal or the removal or suspension of any transaction other than the amount already paid to us for that particular order.
